We might know, for instance, that you watched a particular Job Posted, saw a specific ad for a certain period of time, and sent chats or documents, pictures to the other user. A. Storage: If allowed, we enable you to upload files from your device such as your Resume, Profile Picture, and any document for verification of your profile, etc.

B. Location: If allowed, we help to find Jobs / Candidates near your location.

C. Contacts: If allowed, we enable you to invite your friends through SMS.

D. Camera: If allowed, we enable you to add Profile Picture.

We collect content you create on our services; information about the content you create or provide, such as if the recipient has viewed the content and the metadata that is provided with the content.

Your messages are stored on our servers. The following scenarios describe circumstances where we may store your messages in the course of delivering them.

We collect information from and about the devices you use. For example, we collect information about your hardware and software, such as the hardware model, operating system version, device memory, advertising identifiers, unique application identifiers, apps installed, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, battery level, and time zone; information from device sensors, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses, microphones, and whether you have headphones connected; and information about your wireless and mobile network connections, such as mobile phone number, service provider, and signal strength.

In order to provide Services, Jobs App may periodically access your contact list and/or address book on your mobile device to collect, use and keep track of your contact list in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Further, you permit information contained in your contact list to be shared with other users of the Service for social and sharing services. By permitting us to collect Personally Identifiable Information, you hereby agree to provide Jobs App a right to use such information for providing Services and also warrant that you have all requisite rights to share this information with Jobs App.

Our services require us to collect images and other information from your device s camera and photos. For example, you won t be able to send or upload photos unless we can access your camera or gallery.

You can delete or disable certain features to stop data processing. For other concerns, please contact us directly.

Your data may be stored in other countries where we operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

Any disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

The minimum age to use our services is 18, or older if local laws require it.

Your Personal Information will not be retained longer than necessary and will be deleted or archived as required by law.
